Experts for Experts, Ltd

Upon completing his degree in Business Management at the University of Cologne as well as his apprenticeship at Thyssen, Fritz W. Schultze spent one year each in England and France which helped enhancing his language skills.

During his time in Paris, Fritz joined Kuehne & Nagel which underwent a phase of rapid expansion at the time. Fritz started his professional career as sales executive and only two years later he was tasked with founding an independent K&N daughter company. After two successful years of development Fritz assumed responsibility for K&N Italy which had already existed since 1964. He spearheaded the development of the Italian network and restructured the management team which served as a solid foundation for success during his five year tenure in Italy.

In an effort to replicate his success there Fritz returned to France.

Three years later he was appointed to the newly formed Management Board of K&N with direct responsibility for Southern Europe and Africa. Mr. Schultze’s significant contributions helped develop K&N into a multi-regional, world renowned Freight Forwarder and in the course Fritz became a well respected and recognized leader in the freight industry.

Upon leaving K&N, Fritz assumed world wide executive responsibility for SCAC, a French Freight Forwarder (today SDV) with the goal to transform the group into a global market leader through external expansion. After an unsuccessful merger between SCAC and the British based LEP-Group, Fritz became responsible for LEP, a company with 12,000 employees and approximately £ 1.5 Billion turnover. Here Fritz utilized all his knowledge, experience, and skills to help develop the company into the 5th largest Freight Conglomerate.

Personal reasons triggered a change in careers in early 1992. Fritz moved to Portugal and started his Consulting Practice GLCT - Global Logistics Consultants Trust, which focuses on the Transportation and Logistics Industry.

The company specializes in Executive Searches, Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as Temporary Management Europe wide. Many European and American companies from that industry have been and are still utilizing Mr. Schultze’s services for the past 12 years running during which he has become a known entity among the industry’s players. In 2002 Fritz was one of the primary drivers behind establishing Experts for Experts International, Inc., a world wide logistics consultants’ network where he currently holds the position of chairman.
