Santiago is the principle at Master Consulting and the Company's representative to e4e. He joined Master Consulting in 1989 and after a management buy-out in 1992 he became the Partner General Manager and mayor shareholder of the company in Barcelona. After finalizing a management buy-in during 1995 he became the CEO and the mayor shareholder of the Group Master Consulting, which owns three brands: Experts for Experts, Master Consulting, and Esnet Seleccion at four offices: Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon and Torino.
